As our Italian Customer Service Representative , you are more than a point of contact you are the heartbeat of customer satisfaction. You’ll handle orders, solve issues, and collaborate with Sales to create unforgettable experiences for clients. Every day is different, and every customer is unique.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the go-to person for Italian-speaking customers
  • Process orders, calls, and customer requests with a smile
  • Take ownership of complaints follow up, solve, and leave customers happy
  • Provide sales & product info, working with internal teams like stock and finance
  • Actively follow up on overdue invoices
  • Join (or even lead!) improvement projects that elevate the customer experience

Who we’re looking for

  • Education level: MBO/HBO (or equivalent through experience)
  • 2–3 years in a similar customer service role (B2B experience = a plus!)
  • Fluent in Italian; good command of English (German is a bonus!)
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to take initiative
  • Strong Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP skills
