Dit ga je doen
- 3–5 years of experience in international payroll, covering multiple European countries;
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks;
- A team player who can also work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures;
- Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented.;
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Experience with ADP payroll systems and a PDL certification is a plus.
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- Collect and process payroll data from internal HR teams, ensuring timely and accurate submission to local payroll providers;
- Review monthly payroll reports to verify the correct processing of (variable) payroll data;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
- Validate payroll invoices from local payroll providers, contractors, and agents;
- Support payroll implementation in new countries, when required;
- Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., local payroll agents, lawyers, and tax consultants) to ensure compliance with local labor laws;
- Align payroll reporting with the Finance team;
- Work alongside HR teams to implement automation, process improvements, and innovations in payroll management.
