What will you do?
Start your day with a cup of coffee and log in from home around 08:00/08:30 as a Remote Customer Care Employee for the German market. You’ll handle customer issues, mainly on Amazon and eBay, and ensure their satisfaction. Your tasks will include investigating cases, resolving problems, and providing excellent service. You’ll also join online meetings and manage emails to keep everything running smoothly.
You must reside in Limburg or Brabant due to the requirement to be present at the office once a month.
Tasks:
- Check and respond to emails about customer issues.
- Investigate and solve problems on Amazon and eBay accounts.
- Contact customers to resolve their issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle more complicated cases passed on by the first-line team.
- Perform administrative tasks on various sales platforms.
- Participate in online meetings with colleagues.
- Ensure all emails are answered within our promised SLA.
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
We are looking for someone who:
- Must be living in Limburg or Noord Brabant.
- Has very good verbal and written skills in German and English.
- Has experience in client contact.
- Is known for an enthusiastic personality.
- Is skilled with computers and MS Office.
- Is open to working 24 hours per week.
